Precise, original Sichuan cooking that draws diners from across the city and beyond, for the ‘Man and Wife’ beef slices, ‘waltip’ pork and chicken dumplings, and whole fresh Irish lobster with egg noodles. Desserts aren’t an after thought either, with pastry chef Karen Smith’s creations more than standing up to the savoury.
