The food: Seafood, burgers, pizza
Clontarf Baths 2_edited.jpg

After closing in the 1990's, the Baths at Clontarf have reopened (kind of), along with a restaurant and bar, serving brunch at the weekends and dinner Tuesday - Saturday. Maybe don't opt for the coddle pizza, or pack your swimsuit in hopes of a pre-brunch dip.

"... it's the coddle pizza that stops us in our tracks ... what an awful pizza. Don't, whatever you do, order this dish, not even for fun." Food 6/10. Value 6/10.

"Dublin Bay prawns (€15), for my friend Mary, were three whoppers in their shells; heads, claws and all – finger-licking stuff – on toasted sourdough. Ireland’s Eye crab (€15) for me was also ace."
