The role will involve a range of skills such as planning and delivering on multi-course meals for our 18 seat chef’s table, preparing daily snacks and canapés, and catering for intimate in-house events that
require specific service styles. The candidate should be comfortable in a customer facing role, and be prepared to engage with customers to tell the story behind their food.

Previous experience working as a Senior / Sous Chef is essential
Experience working in Michelin quality restaurants / 5 star hotels
Excellent understanding of Irish produce and seasonality
Ability to prepare delicious, beautiful food
Ability to manage and run the entire kitchen team and delegate accordingly while being heavily involved
HACCP Procedures & regulations knowledge
Excellent management, leadership & organisational skills
Passion for high quality, innovative & creative food
Excellent communication skills – fluent English essential
Menu development and cost control
The ability to train, motivate staff and build a team
Have excellent customer service skills
Be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
