China Hunan Restaurant, from the same people behind China Tang and Nan Chinese, is scheduled to open mid-January in Ranelagh, Dublin 6.

Candidates should have relevant experience. Experience in five-star hotels or Michelin-starred restaurants would be a strong advantage.
