Brewer sought for Market Lane Group, Cork
We are recruiting for a full-time brewer to work with our team at the award-winning Elbow Lane Brewery based in Cork city centre. Based in a distinctive 4 storey building on bustling Oliver Plunkett Street, our small brewery, restaurant and smokehouse celebrates its tenth year of operation next year and we are expanding our team due to continuing demand for our beers from our guests.
We follow the German Purity Law when brewing beer and do not filter or pasteurise our product. We offer in-house beer training to restaurant colleagues and tutored tastings to members of the public. Elbow Lane is part of a collective of 5 restaurants, all owner operated and based in Cork.
You will:
Have at least 3 years' experience in a brewery.
Be capable of brewing beer commercially on a small commercial system.
Have a brewing qualification or be working towards one.
Be flexible, approachable and ambitious and prepared to commit to our brewery for a significant period of time.
