We have a great opportunity for someone to join our expanding bakery in Phibsborough.
This is a baker position with a competitive rate of pay and an opportunity for quick career progression as we expand. The right person will be a key part of our small kitchen team where they will have an opportunity to learn all aspects of our bread and pastry offerings.
The role will involve:
Reporting to the Senior Baker.
Scaling, mixing, shaping and baking of fermented and enriched doughs.
Keeping a clean and tidy workspace.
Following HACCP regulations.
Ordering, stock take and stock management.
The right person should have:
6 months experience in a similar busy bakery setting.
A knowledge of, and passion for, bread baking and pastry making.
Clear, effective communication skills.
Strong organisational and problem solving skills.
An ability to work well independently.
