We have a great opportunity for someone to join our expanding bakery in Phibsborough.
This is a senior baker position with a very competitive rate of pay and a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor as we expand and grow our bakery and brand in the near future. The right person will be responsible for all aspects of our kitchen and bakery space managing and leading a small but growing team.
The role will involve:
Being responsible for all daily production, scaling, mixing, shaping and baking of all our bread and pastries.
Maintaining a clean, tidy, organised kitchen space.
Staff motivation, training and recruitment.
Following HACCP regulations.
Ordering, stock take and stock management.
Recipe and menu writing and development.
The right person should have:
1 year experience in a similar busy bakery setting.
Advanced knowledge of all aspects of fermentation and bread baking.
Leadership and managerial skills.
A passion for great food and an understanding of seasonal menu changes.
An ability to motivate a team and delegate clearly and effectively.
