Fresh from opening ‘the hottest steakhouse in New York’ (Eater) and ranking number 1 in the ‘World’s Best Steak Restaurants’ in 2022 we’re incredibly excited to bring our knockout, charcoal grilled steak to Dublin with the opening of our latest Hawksmoor restaurant.
We are looking for an opening Senior Sous Chef who will run the kitchen in partnership with our Head Chef. We’re looking for someone with a passion for high standards and experience of high-volume service. You’ll ideally love people, as much as you love cooking and be not only a fantastic chef, but great communicator and leader who will be working with the highest quality produce, award winning menus and a happy and supportive team.
