Fresh from opening ‘the hottest steakhouse in New York’ (Eater) and ranking number 1 in the ‘World’s Best Steak Restaurants’ in 2022 we’re incredibly excited to bring our knockout, charcoal grilled steak to Dublin with the opening of our latest Hawksmoor restaurant.
This is a rare, not to be missed, opportunity to join us in an opening Head Chef role covering all aspects of running a fast paced and highly skilled kitchen. We are looking for someone with a passion for excellent standards and experience of high-volume service. A love of people and top-quality products is a must, alongside a willingness to always strive for improvement.
