The team behind China Tang in Monkstown will open new restaurant China Hunan in Ranealgh late November/early December, and are looking to hire a Restaurant Manager.
We are part of a large restaurant group behind well-known brands including China Tang, Little Dumpling, Hakkahan, Bullet and Biang Biang Hand-Pulled Noodles, so the right candidate will be joining an experienced and supportive team with plenty of opportunities for growth.
This will be a mid-to-high end restaurant, and we are looking for someone with solid restaurant management experience (Michelin or 5-star hotel background preferred). Chinese language is a plus.
