We are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join us on beautiful Antiparos for the summer season. The ideal candidate will be passionate about baking & pastry, have a creative flair, and possess excellent time management skills.


We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic & organised pastry chef who is interested in developing their abilities and experience.


A good work ethic, willingness to collaborate and operate as part of a team during a demanding summer season is essential.


Candidates should have proven experience in pastry and dessert making in casual to high-end /medium–high volume restaurants.


Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:


  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to create interesting baked goods & desserts for the seasonal menu

  • Preparing and producing high-quality baked goods & desserts ensuring the highest standards and consistent quality throughout the season

  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards including a good knowledge of allergens

  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed under the supervision of the Head Chef
