One of the most hard to get tables in Dublin, everything changed for 22 seat Heron & Grey when Michelin awarded them a star in 2016, and more changes came at the end of 2018 when owners Andrew Heron & Damien Grey announced they were going their separate ways with chef Damien continuing in the same space under the name 'Liath', and business continuing more or less as usual. Reservations open once a month and books out in minutes, so you’ll need to be primed and ready to be in with a chance of getting a table. If you do, expect to experience some of the most exciting cooking in the country.
