The Story
Richard Corrigan triumphantly returns to Dublin with this all-day, upscale canteen in Ballsbridge. Rarely has a celebrity chef-led restaurant opened to this level of praise, with each food critic raving more than the last. Much of the produce comes from the gardens of his Virginia Park Lodge property in Co. Cavan, and the big man himself has been in the kitchen since day one overseeing every plate that goes out. Grab a high chair at the counter for oysters and champagne, or settle into a banquette for a long lunch. The bar upstairs should also be factored into your plans, either before or after you eat.
