The Story
Vietnamese fusion food truck in the beer garden of the characterful Glimmer Man pub in Stoneybatter. Milly Murphy and Alex Gurnee starting serving their banh mi and Saigon tostadas in early 2018 using local and organic ingredients, and the menu is predominantly vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. And utterly delicious.
