The food: Brasserie
The infamous Ivy's first foray into the Irish market, adding to their 30 locations already in the UK (with more to come). Brasserie style dining with an extensive all day menu. Jamie Belton, formerly of the Dylan McGrath group (and Fair City) is general manager, with Nick Lentini, the chef who launched Jamie Oliver's first Irish restaurant in Dundrum, in charge of the kitchen. Expect to see the glam brigade out in force and a lot of selfies being taken.
CRITIC REVIEWS

Catherine Cleary, The Irish Times

"Nothing on the plate in this competent place will distract you too much from the gossip and the people watching. It’s about as Dublin as a Starbucks but that seems to be the way of the world. And if that’s your idea of a good night, then form an orderly queue."

Gillian Nelis, Sunday Business Post

"If you prefer your food with a side order of introspection and a dollop of self-importance, you are going to hate The Ivy. If, on the other hand, you’re after some good grub, a bit of a giggle and some top people-watching, I suspect you’ll really like it."
