Pieman are looking to hire a Production Kitchen Supervisor.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic chef to join our production team. We have just fitted out a Reg 853 kitchen and are looking for someone to supervise a small team.

It is preferable to have 853 production kitchen experience and a minimum HACCP Level 3 Cert. We are based in Clondalkin, close to public transport and with free on site parking.

Skills & Experience

  • HACCP Level 3 Certificate completed

  • Production kitchen experience

  • Strong initiative and proactive

  • Strong organisational & prioritising skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Computer literate

  • Good communicator

  • Ability to work independently and as a team

  • Flexible

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Resourceful

  • Hard working with the ability to further grow the business

The job role includes:

  • Producing pork sausage rolls

  • Supervising a small team

  • Implementing HACCP systems

  • Managing production schedules

  • Coordinating the ordering system

  • Maintaining consistency and high quality standards

  • General kitchen upkeep


Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
