Barry Stephens' sandwich creations at 147 Deli are as famous as any city landmark, with many a bus, Dart or tram taken in haste when their social media feed announces the 'Dublin Dip' (reverse-seared beef, balsamic braised onions, gruyere cheese, rocket, mustard dressing and a side of chicken wing gravy) is on special.
