Queen of Tarts

Whether you need a just-baked scone and a pot of tea, a homemade soup and sandwich for lunch, or want to spend 10 minutes hovering around the cake counter unable to choose between Victoria sponge or New York cheesecake, the Queen of Tarts hasn't been around this long by accident. Sisters Regina and Yvonne Fallon trained as pastry chefs in New York City in the 1990s, returning home to Ireland to open their own small café on Dame Street in 1998, before expanding to a larger site around the corner on Cow's Lane, with an upstairs and outdoor terrace.
