A ‘pub with a restaurant’ in the Liberties from the same owners as The Pig’s Ear – chef Stephen McAllister and wife Andrea Hussey. Pre-opening talk threw out comparisons to Michelin-starred pub The Harwood Arms in London, and by the looks of their beef cheek and bone marrow Parker House rolls, and the Iberico pork schnitzel with smoked eel it’s certainly a cut above the average gastropub.
