Farm-to-fork café on Airfield Estate in Dundrum with Luke Matthews, formerly of Mews in Cork heading up the kitchen. Most of their milk, meat, fruit, vegetables and eggs are produced on the 38 acre estate, and the ethos employed by Matthews in the kitchen is seasonal, local and sustainable.
