A Taste Of Dublin At Overends Kitchen
When: Saturday 7th December - reservations available throughout the evening
What: We're big fans of Glendalough Distillery so when a dinner comes about that includes their cocktails on arrival we're already sold. Make it happen on an urban farm? Where do we sign up... It's the season for thinking about sustainability and where what's on your plate has come from – let's face it, every season should involve thinking this way – and Luke Matthews has teamed up with Taste of Dublin to create a menu including snacks and a five-course menu using all seasonal produce from the grounds of Airfield Estate. Tickets are €70 or €65 for annual pass holders and can be booked at www.airfield.ie.
