Amai by Viktor
Where: Harry Street, Dublin 2
Few Dublin restaurants have ascended the dining ranks as quickly as Amai by Viktor. After opening above The Corkscrew in summer 2025, they were added to the Michelin guide just 55 days later. Eyes are still on them for a potential star in the future, and with their menu price creeping up they're obviously hoping for the same. Every time we've eaten there it's been better than the last, and if 2027 isn't their year we're starting an official protest.

Bambino
Where: Baggot Street & Stephen Street
Now a meme for pizza in Dublin, it's hard to believe that Bambino is only open a few years - the queue down Stephen Street feels like it's been there for decades. Good news for the parish came late last year when they announced that their temporary, more chilled second slice shop on Baggot Street was going permanent, making your ability to get a slice considerably easier.

Bang
Where: Merrion Row, Dublin 2
The second opening from the due behind Kicky's, saw head chef Eric Matthews and co-owner Richie Barrett take over Richie's family restaurant Bang, dragging it into 2026. The food, drinks and vibe are modelled on some of their favourite places in Spain and Portugal, and the critic raves came in one after the other. It's safe to say Bang hasn't been this busy in years.
