- The guys behind Dudley's bar in Dublin 8 opened Bar Anam over the weekend in the old Taco Libre site in Dublin 1. There's cocktails, natural wines, and "Korean-inspired soul food" from Dak - Big Michelin news that chef Adam Nevin is leaving The Morrison Room at Carton House, just over a year after winning a Michelin star. There's no word on why he's going or what he's doing next, but his lack of thanks to the owners of the property in this leaving post could be read into
