1) €250 voucher for dinner at Cantina Valentina

Safe to say we were very happy to see The Hoxton Hotel's new Peruvian restaurant Cantina Valentina come to town, and we were even happier once we'd eaten their fried calamari ceviche, chicharrónes and carapulcra (one of the best veggie dishes we've had in a while). Have we mentioned the perfect Pisco Sours? Or Peruvian wine? If you've never had the pleasure, we've got a whopper of a €250 gift card to give away to one very lucky Insider this month, and you need to order All The Ceviche. Ideally sitting at the raw bar with a view of your dinner being made. (N/A on bank holidays, NYE and Valentine's Day)
