- In case you miss this week's cheese gate, here's a recap. We went to the new Sano Pasta and were taken aback to find a €1 charge on the bill for grated cheese on our pasta. We published our review on Tuesday and much conversation was had on the topic, then on Thursday the Irish Independent published Katy McGuinness' review with similar gripes to ours, but she was charged €1.50 per plate for grated cheese! A reader then contacted us saying she'd visited and was charged 50c.
