CRITIC REVIEWS

Tom Doorley, Irish Daily Mail

" For all the sound cooking – and it’s sound rather than exciting – there’s room for a bit of swagger, for a boundary or two to be gently pushed."

Lucinda O'Sullivan, Sunday Independent

08 Jan 2017

"I had an absolutely fabulous starter special of prawn and crab claw gratin (€9.50) involving succulent chunky Wicklow crab claws and Dublin Bay prawns, finished with a garlic and lemon butter and served with toasted ciabatta and a guacamole dip. Bliss."

Gillian Nelis, The Sunday Business Post

06 Aug 2016

"Dingle Bay crab with a celeriac orange remoulade, avocado and lime purée, rocket, cherry tomatoes and lime basil oil (€14.50). It was nice and zingy, and came with some good toasted sourdough, but the price was a little toppy considering the amount of crab on the plate."
