ATF Insiders - What you could win in April!

We might be having the worst weather of the year, but we're coming in hot with nine new prizes to lift your mood, and everyone signed up to ATF Insiders will be going into the draw. As an ad and invite-free website, ATF Insiders is how we operate, ensuring every recommendation is made without bias, and you can trust that reviews are honest and uninfluenced.

Everyone who signs up for ATF Insiders by midnight on Thursday, April 17th, will be entered into this month's prize draw, and winners will be selected and notified on Friday, April 18th...

1) An overnight stay at the five-star Mount Juliet Estate with Champagne afternoon tea

What could brighten up a grim weather week better than finding out you're heading off to the five-star Mount Juliet Estate , for an overnight stay in the beautiful Hunter’s Yard, along with a Champagne Afternoon Tea for two in the Manor House. Designed by Michelin-starred Executive Chef John Kelly and his patisserie team, you'll enjoy freshly baked scones with jam and clotted cream, smoked salmon on homemade brioche, and a selection of patisserie from madeleines to macarons. You'll be sipping Gremillet Champagne on the side, and can enjoy it all on the manicured front lawn if the weather's working with you. You'll wake up to a seasonal à la carte breakfast in The Hound the next morning, before leaving on a high.

T&Cs: Subject to availability, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

2) A two night stay at The Strand Inn, Dunmore East

The brother and sister team behind The Dunmore in Rathmines wanted to bring a bit of Dunmore East to the big city - now we're sending one of you from the big city down to Dunmore East. Is there anyone who doesn't love Waterford's sweet little fishing village, and how better to enjoy it with some RnR at their sister property The Strand Inn, with the best local seafood and sweeping sea views. We've got a two night stay to give away with breakfast each morning to one lucky Insider this month.

3) €100 voucher for The Dunmore, Rathmines

AND, with The Dunmore in Rathmines hosting a pop up art exhibition for the next six weeks, we're sending one of you in with a €100 voucher for dinner and drinks to go and take it all in. Owner Clifden Foyle has an art obsession, and says he's constantly asked about the art on the walls, where he's bought it and if it's for sale, so this was the result. You'll find the pop up art exhibition, featuring 80 eclectic artists, there until the end of May. Team it with their neighbourhood menu (three courses for €36, Tue - Thu, 17:00 - 18:30) and that sounds like a great value night out to us.

4) Sakura afternoon tea for two at the College Green Hotel

Dublin's first ever Sakura Afternoon Tea is being served at The College Green Hotel from 28th April – May 4th to celebrate the arrival of Hanami (cherry blossom season). Served in the eye-widening Atrium Lounge, the humble cherry is providing lots of inspiration, alongside rose and red fruit flavours. It's €59pp and served for one week only, and we're sending one of you in for an afternoon of florals and fun with someone you want to share it with.

5) €100 voucher for The Fourth Corner and Bolt Burger

It's all going on at The Fourth Corner in the Liberties. From Bolt Burger serving smash burgers, butter cluckers and lasagna nuggs, to taco Thursdays with three tacos for €10 and two margaritas for €16, to comedy and open mic nights and even weekend markets. Talk about a community asset. We've got a €100 voucher for food and drinks at The Fourth Corner and Bolt Burger so you can take a few pals and have a very nice night out on us. Go on Monday or Tuesday for the €10 smash burger and fries deal, and merge with the Sunday - Wednesday deal of €12 for two spirits and mixers for optimum value.

6) €100 voucher for The Brooklyn, Swords

The Brooklyn is the new gasto bar experience in Swords from The Wright Group which just opened last week, with a room designed to look like an urban warehouse in Brooklyn "filled with moments of luxury". There's all-day dining, brunch, cocktails and vinyl tunes, and when it comes to food the team say they're "brining, braising, confiting, grilling, baking… all with the focus on flavour." We've got a €100 voucher to give away this month, and you can follow them on Instagram here to see what you'll be enjoying.

7) A dumpling class for two at Janet's

We're always looking for fun things to do in Dublin, and what sounds funner than a dumpling class with Janet's Dumplings. The legendary Janet teaches at Spade Kitchen in Dublin 7, exploring the flavours of Chinese food culture, and under her guidance you'll roll out dumpling dough, choose your filling from options including pork, chicken, vegetarian, or vegan, and finish your creations with decorative folds before sitting down to enjoy them. The hands-on workshop (€80pp) is perfect for catching up with a friend, learning new skills, and obviously eating, and we've got two spots to give away so you can head in with a pal. Book in here.

8) Two tickets to the World Class Ireland cocktail event at The Sackville Lounge

Week-long cocktail celebration World Class Ireland is back from the 21st - 28th of April, featuring events, special menus, guest appearances, and cocktails crafted by experts at accessible prices. Fifty venues across Ireland will offer the World Class menu, crafted by 2021 Irish Bartender of the Year, Cal Byrne, including 9 Below, 37 Dawson Street, and Cask in Cork, We've got two tickets to an event at The Sackville Lounge on Tuesday 22nd April, with a guest appearance from Shanghai's The Sober Company (named the best bar in China and on the World's Top 50 Bars list), with two drinks tokens so you can get a taste of China without leaving Dublin. They're also throwing in a bottle of Tanqueray 10 for those perfect martinis at home.

9) Sparkling afternoon tea for two at The Johnstown Estate

If you're looking for something to do with the family over Easter, the four-star Johnstown Estate in Enfield, Co Meath (35 minutes from Dublin) is serving an Easter Afternoon Tea for €42 per person or €22 per child, until Sunday 27th April. There's fresh scones, pesto and mozzarella focaccia, and sweet treats like their vanilla Easter bunny tart. There's a choice of JJ Darboven teas or coffee, or you can upgrade to Prosecco for €5. They're serving Easter Sunday Lunch too if you can't face cooking (€46 per adult and €15.95 for children), with dishes like prawn cocktail, Slaney Valley lamb Leg, and bramley apple and blackberry crumble. To book email reservations@thejohnstownestate.com or check them out here.
