- Gloria Osteria officially opened on Thursday, and they had an expectedly OTT party to kick it all off - Dion in Central Plaza was supposed to open last weekend, but instead cancelled people's bookings by automated email, leaving them table-less with little explanation. Not a great start, and they're still not open - The Animal Collective (the guys behind Bonobo and Caribou) have quietly opened their new bar Daphni in Boland's Mills - Dublin's Comet and Belfast's Bea
