- It's been a crazy week for Michelin news with both Glovers Alley in Dublin and Restaurant Chestnut in West Cork announcing they're closing. They're moving into the old Port House Cava site (which we hadn't even realised had closed), and hope to be open by July - Mak in Ranelagh is saying goodbye after 14 years. Owner Jules Mak is reinventing the space as an Italian/Mediterranean called Fuoco, while the Mak brand will continue on in takeaway form.
