‘Wine bar in a car park’ Amy Austin, from the same team as 777 and Dillinger’s, has the biggest selection of wine on tap in the city and a frequently changing small plates menu designed for sharing. It’s as easy to stop by for a Vermouth and olives as it is for a full feed, and they don’t take bookings unless you’re six or more (there’s a set menu for groups), so it’s a good one to know when you need a last minute table.
