The Story
Sano have made a diversion into pasta after the success of their Neapolitan pizza chain, now in Cork and Glasgow as well as Dublin. This massive space has big ambition, with handmade pasta made fresh in front of diners, and prices lower than most pasta places around town, but the ambition didn't quite deliver on the plate when we visited.
