TV chef Mark Moriarty's part-restaurant, part-studio, park test kitchen opened in August and instantly became one of the most intimate dining experiences in Dublin. We thought the food on opening night was easily Michelin-star level, and the underground space in Wilton Park feels like stepping out of reality for a few hours. The initial plan was to only open to the public on Friday nights and take group bookings on other nights, but they've expanded it to more sporadic dates - just make sure you're on their mailing list if you want to hear about them.
