The Story

Chef Dylan McGrath's Fade Street Tavern is the pizza place Dublin didn't need, yet somehow desperately did. A reinvention that put the mainstay of Dublin dining back on the map, the Chicago born Tavern-style pies, Grandma and NY-style options were an overnight success, but the regular restaurant and rooftop remain too in their usual crowd-pleasing forms.
